CANCELLATION POLICY
Before Shipment:
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment
- Contact us immediately with your order number
- Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Cancellation requests must be made via email or phone
After Shipment:
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
- You may refuse delivery and follow our return process
- Return shipping charges may apply
RETURN POLICY
Return Window: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
Eligible for Return:
- Unused auto parts in original, unopened packaging
- Products with manufacturing defects or damage
- Wrong items shipped due to our error
- Items that don't match the product description
Non-Returnable Items:
- Installed or used auto parts
- Electrical items once packaging seal is broken
- Custom-ordered or special-order parts
- Items without original packaging, labels, or tags
- Products with damaged or missing packaging
- Parts showing signs of installation attempts
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Reach out within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
- Get Authorization: Wait for our return authorization and instructions
- Pack Securely: Use original packaging and pack items carefully
- Ship Back: Send to our provided return address
- Inspection: We'll inspect items upon receipt
Return Shipping:
- Customer bears return shipping costs (unless item is defective or our error)
- We recommend using trackable shipping method
- Items lost in return transit are customer's responsibility
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos
- We'll arrange pickup or provide prepaid return label
- Free replacement or full refund provided
REFUND POLICY
Processing Time:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items
- You'll receive email confirmation once refund is approved
- Please allow 7-10 business days for refund to reflect in your account
Refund Method:
- Refunds credited to original payment method only
- For cash on delivery orders, bank transfer arranged (provide bank details)
Refund Amount:
- Full product price refunded for eligible returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item is defective or our error)
- Return shipping costs are not refunded
- If you received free shipping, actual shipping cost will be deducted from refund
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items with minor defects that you choose to keep
- Items returned after 3-day window (at our discretion)
- Items not in original condition or with missing parts
No Refund Situations:
- Items returned after 3-day window without prior approval
- Used, installed, or damaged items
- Items without return authorization
- Non-returnable items as listed above
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchanges accepted within 3-day window for defective or wrong items
- Subject to stock availability
- Contact us for exchange authorization
- Shipping charges may apply

Wrong Item Shipped:
- Full refund including return shipping
- Free replacement shipped at no cost
Defective/Damaged Items:
- Full refund or free replacement
